Payment

At onni.boutique, payment is made through the universal Privat24 checkout.

1. After placing your order, you will receive a link to the payment page.

2. On this page, you must manually enter the order amount (the amount will be specified in your order confirmation).

3. Payment can be made with any bank card issued by a Ukrainian bank.

4. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

💳 All payments are processed through the secure Privat24 system. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver orders exclusively with Nova Poshta across Ukraine.

• You can choose delivery to your nearest branch or direct courier delivery to your door.

• Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your region.

• Delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and paid by the customer upon receipt.

• Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number (TTN) to follow your parcel.
