Returns & Exchanges

The return and exchange period for goods is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase/receipt of the goods, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Exchange and return of clothing of proper quality is only possible if the following conditions are met:

  • A sales receipt is provided.

  • All tags, labels, and seals must remain attached to the items (not removed or cut off).

  • The item has not been used (including for photo/video shoots) and has retained its original appearance.

  • The clothing has not been washed.

  • The item is free from any stains, makeup, pet hair, perfume scent, or other signs of use.

  • A completed return form is provided.

For purchases made in-store or through online orders, each item is fitted with a protective seal. If this seal is damaged or removed, exchange and return are not possible.

If the above conditions are not met, items are not subject to return or exchange and will be sent back at the Buyer’s expense.

The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their payments. Amounts mistakenly transferred by the Buyer to third-party accounts are not reimbursed or compensated by the Seller.
