2. Orders and Payment

2.1. All prices are listed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).
2.2. Payment is made through the available methods (bank cards, manual payment instructions, or other options provided at checkout).
2.3. Order confirmation constitutes the conclusion of a purchase contract between the Customer and onni.boutique.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or other carriers available at checkout.
3.2. Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and will be displayed during the order process.
3.3. The risk of damage or loss of goods during delivery passes to the Customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. Customers have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days in accordance with Ukrainian law.
4.2. The product must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, seals, and receipt.
4.3. Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Use of the Website

5.1. It is prohibited to use the site for fraudulent activities, distribution of malware, or any unlawful purposes.
5.2. All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, design) belongs to onni.boutique and is protected by copyright law.
5.3. Any commercial use of materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

6.1. The administration is not responsible for delays or malfunctions caused by technical issues or third-party actions.
6.2. The store’s liability to the Customer is in any case limited to the amount paid for the order.
